I can't praise this company enough. Excellent service!
They have exploded drawings for ordering parts which can be magnified without losing clarity
Which make the whole process so much easier.
If you need to speak to someone, you can call and speak to a human being immediately, who in my case was very patient, helpful and friendly .
So refreshing in this world where you are redirected to different departments to end up trying to communicate with a robot, which is of course no help at all.

Good delivery time. Postage expensive for five small washers. Washers exactly as ordered. Web site is not very easy to use.
